Tapleys Farm- Deck Re-Build and Window Replacement
This home in Tapley’s is an older arch frame. It had drafty old windows and sagging decks in need of rebuild.
We first installed new All Weather vinyl windows and new trim. On completion I was asked to rebuild the 3 exterior decks.
We excavated and poured new concrete footings including a pad for the hot tub. The 3 decks were rebuilt with pressure treated wood for the least amount of maintenance.
The work was completed over 2 months. The owners are now enjoying a warmer more energy efficient home and a safe beautiful deck.
